The practice
Edge Waypoint is a deliberately small AI consulting practice based in Kansas City. We work with small and mid-market businesses (typically 5 to 75 employees) to find, build, and adopt AI tools that move real numbers.
We don't have a sales team. We don't have associates. The person who sells you the work is the person who does the work.

How we think about the work
Three principles we don't compromise on.

| Tools follow processes | We don't recommend a tool until we've mapped the workflow it would support |
| Business-first | If we can't describe a tool in one sentence that names a business outcome, we don't build it |
| Honest scoping | If the right answer is software you can buy off the shelf, we'll tell you and help you implement it |
